A PEP will instruct you on which foods are your friend and which are your enemy and gives you a personalised guide of what to eat, when to eat it and how much to eat, so you don't have to give it another thought.
The plan can be arranged via, email, phone or face to face. Which ever you prefer?

Telephone consultation and plan - £20
Face to Face consultation and plan - £25
The length of time of your consultation will vary and you will be asked to complete a short questionaire beforehand, this can be emailed or posted. It is also advisable to keep a food diary for around five days before your consultation so that this can be discussed.

Weight Loss programme.
Losing weight can be difficult, especially if you are struggling on your own. Why not join a weight loss program. There are two options, either with exercise or without. Either way you will be seen weekly, where you will be weighed and monitored as well as set goals and advised on any subtle changes that need to be made.
Option One - Diet only
First appointment £25 - lasting 90 minutes
Subsequent appointments - £12 lasting 30 mins

Option Two - Diet and Excercise.
You will not be made to perform any exercise that you are not comfortable with. All exercise is very gentle.
First appointment £35 - lasting 90 minutes
Subsequent appointments - £20 lasting 60 minutes
