Yoga and Relaxation.
Course description: Aims to introduce yoga into everday life. It can help with stamina, strenth and muscular tone, balance, flexibilty and relaxation. Each class lasts for one hour which includes a rainbow relaxation sequence.
What to bring: please wear loose, comortable clothing and be aware that we will be practasing in bare feet or socks. Please bring either a mat or a towel to lay on.
Fitness level: you do not need to be fit or flexible to start practising yoga. This course is not about contorting your body, it is about releasing tension from the body and improving your general wellbeing.
How many people will be on the course: There will be a maximum of four people on this course.
Course Dates and Times: Tuesday mornings at 10am starting from 9th June 2009 and running for Five weeks.
Costs: £30 per person for the whole five week course. This icludes a certificate of completion.
